Dedicated professional with a Master's in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University, possessing a strong background in wellness, diversity initiatives, and community engagement. Proven expertise in student development theory, research, assessment, and promoting diversity within higher education environments. My skills in curriculum design, event planning, project management, and data analysis, coupled with a firm commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, have been demonstrated through my roles at Poole College of Management and other institutions.

In my current role as Temporary Assistant Director of Employee Development & Success at Poole College of Management, I have successfully collaborated on professional development series, designed recognition programs, and implemented initiatives to enhance employee community and well-being. My experience as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Graduate Assistant allowed me to plan and execute cultural events, develop inclusive curricula, and support staff wellness.
